What Does It Cost?

Shipping is free if the total of your order is over $100.00; however, there is a bulky goods surcharge for items including wakeboards, wake skates, kneeboards, waterskis, and luggage. If you have concerns, please call before placing your order. 

Shipping is $9.95 flat rate if the total order is under $100.00.

Delivery information

Rapid Surf & Ski may, from time to time, ship items via Australia Post on an Express, regular, or other freight service. You will be notified via email.

Return & Refund Policy

All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and must include proof of purchase. The item must not have been worn or damaged, and the original tags must be attached. Final sale/clearance items cannot be returned. 

All products purchased are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which varies from item to item but is usually 12 months.

Faulty products still under warranty will be repaired, replaced or refunded depending on the situation and the manufacturer's specifications.

Please choose carefully as Rapid Surf & Ski do not refund if you change your mind or have made an incorrect choice (Please get in touch with our friendly staff if you have any concerns with your choice before purchase, phone 08 8344 1166). We will, however, usually offer a store credit or exchange of items as long as the product is in original packaging and condition and returned within the above-stated time frame. If a refund is requested a restocking fee will occur. (The cost of the initial freight cost will be deducted from the refund.)

You will be responsible for item(s) until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you obtain proof of postage.

No exchange or credit can be given if goods are returned more than 14 days after the invoice date. Due to the nature, exchange or credit on swimwear cannot be granted unless it is faulty.

When it comes to wakeboards, the secret Code 21 gives you access to all the best features that Ronix has to offer wakeboarders. With most of the same great features as the Code 22, the Code 21 provides a more stripped-down core for less aggressive riders at an affordable value. The Magic Carpet laminate has just the right amount of resin so all of the elements are fused together. Exaggerated 3-stage rockerline provides straight-up, explosive pop, while a thinner profile allows softer landings. Sintered base is the most durable non-stick base from Ronix and prevents loss of glide across the water. Speedwall rails are designed to keep the board higher on the water and reduce riding strain on your body.

Key Features:

    • Speedwalls
      Vertically poured urethane creates more top water speed and a durable bumper from those floating menaces at a cable park. These rails ride higher on the water and alleviate strain on your body.
    • 3-Stage Rocker 
      An exaggerated rocker line with a later arc and higher degree provides a more explosive pop. This rocker style creates more of an instant explosive buck off the wake. Wakeboarders riding behind a smaller wake will still feel like they are getting a solid kick.
    • Monocoque Construction
      Integrating the top and bottom glass into one creates a more durable board on side impacts, thus preventing delamination.
    • Krypto Cable
      Different fibres are brewed and then woven together to make a stronger compound. Krypto Cable surrounds the profile of the board and fuses with its core. Added to Monocoque laminated glass, this cable makes the sidewalls the strongest part of the wakeboard.
    • Mod Pour
      An ultra stiff, lightweight core. This foam is made from an exclusive blend of atoms to provide a high strength-to-weight ratio.
    • Low Friction Base
      Developed to provide the highest glide speed on high-end boards.
