What Does It Cost?
Shipping is free if the total of your order is over $100.00.
Shipping is $15.00 flat rate if the total order is under $100.00
Rapid Surf & Ski has partnered with Toll Priority and all orders are sent out on a priority service to ensure your products are delivered on time, every time.

Track and Trace
Don’t worry, it’s in good hands and once we ship your order, we’ll email you a URL and a tracking number so you can keep an eye on where it is and when to expect it.
Toll make deliveries during business hours (08:00 - 17:30 AEST Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) so whatever address you list as your shipping address is where we will send it. It would really help if you’re there between these times. If you’re not going to be around, we suggest nominating a friend (not someone who is going to steal it for themselves!) to be there to meet the Toll courier. If no one is there to meet them, they'll just leave you a note to call them (or you can call them on 13 15 31), to arrange a time to re-deliver that is convenient for you. Please note that Toll Priority does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
1. Orders placed before 2:30PM AEST will be shipped on the same day provided that all funds have been cleared. Next business day delivery is also subject to the terms and conditions laid out by Toll Priority in relation to their overnight delivery services. See bottom note (3).
2. Rapid Surf & Ski from time to time, may at its sole discretion ship items via Australia Post on an Express or Regular service or other freight service. You will be notified my email is this occurs.

Return & Refund Policy
All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase along with proof of purchase. Ensure the item has not been worn or damaged, original tags must be attached.
All products purchased are covered by manufactures warranty which varies from item to item but is usually 12 months.
Faulty products still under warranty will be repaired, replaced or refunded depending on the situation and manufactures specifications.
Please choose carefully as Rapid Surf & Ski do not refund if you change your mind or have made an incorrect choice ( Please contact our friendly staff if you have any concerns with your choice before purchase ph 08 8344 1166 ). We will however usually offer a store credit or exchange of items as long as the product is in original packaging and condition and returned within the above stated time frame. If a refund is requested a restocking fee will occur. (The cost of the initial freight cost will be deducted from the refund.)
Freight costs for the return of all goods is to be met by the customer. The customer must contact Rapid Surf & Ski before any returns are made by phone. ph 08 8344 1166
You will be responsible for item(s) until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you obtain proof of postage.
No exchange or credit can be given if goods are returned more than 14 days after invoice date. Due to the nature, exchange or credit on swimwear cannot be granted unless faulty.
